PROTECTIVE CUSTODY ORDER
This cause, having come on to be heard on Petitioner's
Motion For Writ of Ne Exeat, and I-iotion For Protective Custody
Order, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, it is
hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
, 1. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall immediately
take custody of the minor child, Christopher D.~ Reaves, Jr. by
removing him from Lawnwood Elementary School.
2. The Sheriff shall deliver custody of the said minor
directly to the Petitioner, SHERRY LYNN REAVES.
3. The Sheriff shall prevent the Respondent, CHRISTOPHER
D. REAVES, from interfering with the Petitioner or the Sheriff's
Department during the physical change of custody.
