Payable in Ninety Six (96) equal and consecutive monthly installments of
Four Hundred Six Dollars and ~enty Cents ($406.20) including principal and
interest. First payment beginning Mar+Ch 15; 19~1 and monthly
thereafter until said priacipal and interest due thereon are~fi~ly paid.
Borrower shall pay to the Note holder a late charge of Four (4) percent of
any IDonthly installment not received by the Note holder within T~enty (20)
days after the installment is due.
