SATISFACTION _OF JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Errol L. Kramer, d/b/a
Southern Air, the owner and holder of a certain Judgment in that cause
wherein Errol L. Kramer, d/b/a Southern Air was Plaintiff and Umberto
Deluca and Ray's Inn, Inc. d/b/a Ray's Continental Restaurant was
Oefendant, does hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of
such Judgment rendered by the County Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, and know as Civil Action Vo. 80-214-SP-04, recorded
on the llth day of September, 1980, in the sum of $427.06 damages
and $40.00 costs, said Judgment being recorded in Official Records
Book 338, Page 1151, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the undersigned does hereby consent that the same shall be satisfied
of record.
