ORDER
This cause came on to be heard before this Court on the
9th day of February, 1981, upon the Motion to Show Good Cause
filed herein by Bonita Hansen Keyes and Lewis SJitt. as the
designated Personal Representatives of the Estate of Johanne
Hans_en, deceased, and the Court having considered said ?~Iotion,
the argument of counsel, and being otherwise duly advised in
the premises, thereupon finds and determines that good cause
has been shown by the Plaintiff why this case should not be
dismissed for lack of prosecution. Accordingly, it is thereupon~
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion be, and the same is
hereby granted, and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the 19th
Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, be, and
the same is hereby ordered and directed not to dismiss this case
for~lack of prosecution on February 17, 1981 as previously
noticed.
