THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the Motion of
Defendant TRAVELERS INDEHIIJITY COI~ANY to compel discovery,
the Court having had the benefit of argwnent from counsel
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion to Compel Discovery
is hereby granted with the exception that the financial records
of the P laintiff's Stuart automobile dealership need not be
groduced and the f inancial records of the Fort P ierce automobile
dealership shall be limited in time from and including 1975
to 1980. The Plaintiff is hereby directed to comply with
the outstanding discovery measures with the foregoinq exceptions
within thirty days ot the date of this Order .
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Vero Beach, Indian
