Motions to Dismiss and Motion to Abate and the Court having heard
argument of counsel, reviewed the file and being otherwise fully and
•well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motions to Dismiss shall be
and they are hereby, denied; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Abate is now moot
due to the fact that all Defendants have been served with process in
this matter and it is therefore denied. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants in this cause shall
and they are hereby-ordered to answer the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint

within 10 days of the date of this_Order.
