THIS INDEN`PURE, made the ,~'~ day of February, 1981
between ALBERT P. JOHNS and JENNIFER A. JOHNS, hfs wife parties
of the first part, and HAROLD B. WILBER a~d JOAN T. WILBER, his
wife, parties of the second part, whose mailing address is
Quarters 126, Marine Corps Development and Education Command,

WI'I'NESSETH:
That the saic~ parties of the first party, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND
VALUABLE CONSIDERATION to them in hand paid by the said parties
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the
secand part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following
described land situate, lying and being in City of Port~St.
Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and~State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 1684 of Port St. Lucie Section 31 a
Subdivisio~ according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 14, Page 22, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and easements of record: zoning and other
regulatory orainance and taxes of the year 1981.
And the said parites of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WIZ'NESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have
