members for comn-on expenses. The premiums o~ such bonds shall be
paid by the Association.
The foregoing wwee adopted as the~Bylaws~of OCEAN TOWBR3 OF HUTCHINSON
ISLAND CONDAMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation not for profit under
the laws of the State of Florfda, at the first meeting of the Board
of Directors held on the 16th day of February ~ 1981. '
