ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
THIS AMENDMENT, made this' 30th day of
January ,
1981, by OCEAN TOWERS DEVELOPN~NT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
hereinafter called "Developer", for itself, its successors and
assigns.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREIN, the Developer makes the following Amendment
to the Decl.aration of Condominium of Ocean Towers Condominium B,
to which this Amendment is attached and recorded in the Official
Records of St. Lucie County, F2orida, to-wit:
1. That pursuant to Section 5.3 of said Declaration
of Condominium the Certificate of Surveyor attached hereto
as_"Exhibit A" is hereby filed due to the fact that substantial
completion of construction of the condominium has taken place.
2. That the attachediCertificate of Surveyor cer-
tifies the facts required by Section 718.104(4)(e), Florida
Statutes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Developer has executed this
Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium the day and year
first set forth hereinabove.
