ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of LOUIS AWEDUTI for the appointment of
guardian of the person of VIRGINIA AVEDUTI, coming
on this day to be heard and it appearing to the court that said
person is incompetent because of organic brain syndrome'chronic,
aon-psychotic, and that it is necessary for a guardian to be
appointed; and the court havinq jurisdiction and being fully
advised; it is
ADJUDGED that LOUIS AV~IEDUTI is hereby appointed as guardian
of the person of VIRGINIA AVEDUTI,incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said LOUIS A~DUTI, as Guardian is
not required to file abond in this cause.
