PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative, of the
above estate, alleqes:
1. The decedent, J. HENRY HARLEY, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on March 5, 1980, and Letters
of Administration were issued to Petitioner on March 19,
1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final account-
ing containing a complete report of all receipts and di$-
bursements since the commencement of admiriistration of this ,
estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed ,
herein, if any, or waivers signed•by all.interested persons,
other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final account-
~ ing. '
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate
by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all
~ claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or
making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses
of administration.
4. The amount of coinpensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tative is set forth in Exhibit °A" attached hereto. '''
5. Petitioner has fiZed all required estate tax re-
leases with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department
of Revenue of The State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
