1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the surviv-
ing spouse and as a devisee in the decedent's Last Will. Petitioner's

2. Decedent, ROBERT H. NETHERY, whose last known address was
2217 Atlantic Beach Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose age was
52 years, and whose Social Security Number was 229-22-3284, died on
August 20, 1980, at Jensen Beach, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
