4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. VINCENT A. LLOYD, attorney, Post Office Box 4382, Fort

Pierce, Florida 33454, who is qualified under the laws of the State
of Florida to serve as Personal Representative of decedent's estate
is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal Representative
because he is the nominated Personal Representative in decedent's
Last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are as follows:
Real Property and Personal Property
estimated to be in excess of: $100,000.00
7. On August 4, 1980, the decedent executed a Last Will which
has previously been filed with the Court. The Petitioner does not
believe that the decedent's Will of August 4, 1980 is valid. The
Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of decedent
other than the Will of August 4, 1980, and the Will described in
paragraph 8 below.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated June 25,
1980, subscribed by PATRICIA ANN MERRZLEES and LYNN ANN FORT, as
attesting witnesses, has heretofore been filed with this Court.
9. VINCENT A. LLOYD was appointed Curator of the above estate
on October 27, 1980.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that decedent's Will of June 25,
1980•be admitted to probate and that VINCENT A. LLOYD be appointed
Personal R~presentative of the Florida estate of the decedent.

going and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
