cords of St. Lucie County, Florida and all persons, in
dealing with the real property described in Schedule "A" hereto,
may rely on the same, on releases from the lien(s) of the Security
Instruments or satisfactions thereof; on any such consents to or
joinders in any declaration(s) of condominium or amendments there-
to and on any other~instruments executed by either of the above
named officers. -
5. This Certificate of Authority shall remain effective
until a Notice of Revocation of the same is made by the Bank and
such notice is recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida
