ACKNOWLEDC~[ENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTBB
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknc~rledgea that
this conveyance_is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees.to be bound
by all of said provisione; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said proviaione
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledgeB and agrees
that said Declaration of Condomiaium and its exhibita and the Purcha8e Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representatione and indu~ements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property deacribed above.
