The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this conveyance ie sub~ect to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominlum described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibite. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of aaid provieions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisiona
are reasouable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described abov~. as security for his obligations as described in eaid
Declaration of Condominiwn and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that eaid De~laration of Coadominium and its exhibits aad the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties. repreaentations and inducements
concerning the purchaee by the Grantee of the land and real property deacribed above.
