The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknawledges that
this conveyance is sub~ect to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisione of all of its exhibite. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of eaid provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee herebq impresses a 11en upon the land
and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominiwn and its exhibits atid the Purchase Agreement executed
bq the Grantor and Grante~ contain all of the warranties, representation8 and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
