receiver appc~inted hy a coun to emer upa~, take possession o( and manage the Property and lo collect the rents of the
Pmpeity, including those past due. All rents cc~llected hy ~he receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and collrction of rents, includiog, but no~ limited ta, receiver's fees, premiums on receiver's
hond~ aod reasonable attorney's fees, and then t~~ the sums secured by this Tlortgagt. The receiver shall be liable to account
only tor those rents actually received. '
21. Future Advancea. U{wn rcyuest by Rorrowcr, l.ender, at l.endcr s option within twenty years from the date of this
A1urtg•rge, may make'Future Adva~ces to Borrawer. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this
1-lortgage wheh Fvidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are ~ecured hereby. At no tiroe shall the principal
amouo~ of the indebtednesc secured by this Mor~gage, not including sums a v n e in ccordance herewith to protect the

22. Rekase. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, l.ender shall release this Morigage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs af recordslion, it any.
