The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Daed acknowledges that
this conveyance 1s sub3ect to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominiuu described
above, including the provisions of nll of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees ta be bound
by all of said provisions; the Crantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisione
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
