COMES NOW the Plaintiff, DEPARTMENT OF HF.I-LTH AND RENABILITATIVE
SERVICES OF TNE STATE OF FLORIDA, by and through its undersigned attorney,
and moves this Court for an order denying dismissal by the Clerk of Circuit
Court of the above-styled cause and as grounds therefore wrc~uld show:
~ • 1. That the above-styled cause is subject to dismissal for lack
of prosecution on ~~~~~~y~~Qx February 17, 1981.
2. That the above-named Defendant has b~en relocated for service
of ~~rocess by the Plaintiff.
3. That the dismissai of tl~e above-styled cause vould cause both
undue expense and,waste of time to both the Clerk of Circuit Court and the
Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests this Court enter an order
denying the dismissal of the above-styled cause. -
