COMES NOW the Plaintiff, DEPARII~IENT OF HEAI.TN AND RENABILITATIVE
SERVICES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, by and through its undersigned attorney,
and moves this Court for an order denyinR dismissal by the Clerk of Circuit
Court af the above-styled cause and as grounds therefore Would shoW:
• 1. That the above-styled cause is sub~ect to dismissal for lack
of prosecution on ~~~~pc~c February 17,' 1981.
~ 2. That the above-named Defendant has been relocated for service
of process by the Plaintiff.
3. That the dfsmissal of the abov~-styled cause Would cause both
unJuc rxpense and waste of time to both the Clcrk of Circuit Court and the
Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, the PlaintifE requests this Court enter an order
denying the dismissal of tt~e above-styled cause.
