Southerly along a line parallel to the West right-of-way

Westerly along a line parallel to the South right-of-way
line for Southern Avenue 85 feet more or less to a point
on the East right-of-way line for South lOth Street; thence
run North along the East right-of-way line for South lOth

line parallel with the South right-of-way line for Southern

PARCEL III
All that part of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East bounded on the South by the
130 foot right-of-way for Virginia Avenue, on the East by
the 80 foot right-of-way for Oleander Boulevard (a/k/a Oleander
Avenue), on the North by the 50 foot right-of-way for Southern
Avenue, and on the West by the 50 foot right-of-way for South
lOth Street; LESS and EXCEPT the South 259.64~feet and the
North 224 feet thereof, as•measured along the right-of-way lines
for Oleander'Boulevard and South lOth Street.
The above described lands are situate~in the South 1/2 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO a pro rata share of a lien against the above-
described lands and other lands for an assessment by the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida,.for installation of a sanitary
sewer in the South lOth Street Sanitary Sewer Project. Said
assessment lien, in the amount of $15,957.41, is recorded in
Official Record Book 347 at Page 1926 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
