hereby releases the original Obligors) frnm further obliqations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned pranissory note and
mortgage, the provislons of which are specifically reaffirnied by the new
obligor(s). _
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. 7he Owner(s~ shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the OMmer(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgaae and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and
seals the day and year first above written.
