hereby releases the original Obligors) from further oblig4tions or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designated heret~, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementloned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s~.
5. This Agreement is bindin~ upon the heirs, personal representa-
t~ves, successors and assiqns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in Lhe same manner as if the Owner(s~ were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and tfiat tfie above stated new .iqterest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Ormer(sj.
