I represent Mr.Anthony Greco who recently
purchased the North 1002.14 feet of the South 2889.8
feet of Sections 4~ 5,T36S,R41E.
My supplemental title search after closing
indicates the recording of a sale and purchase agree-
ment between Richard Verbic ~ Eugene V.LeMaire as
sellers and Hazen Kreis as purchaser.
The recording is in Official Records Book
347,pages 1027 - 1030.
Since there is no acknowledgement of the
vendors this instrument is expressly prohibited from
being recorded by Florida Statute 696.01.
This is notice to your office that I want
the instrument immediately expunged from the records
I also want the name of the individual or firm which
presented the instrument for recording and a copy of
the receipt.
