Plaintiff against you seeking fo foreclose a lien on the following
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run easterly ~along
the quarter section line 916.85 feet to a point, thence
southerly along West right-of-way line cf U.S. ~1, 130
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue soufherly
along West right-of-way line 250 feet to a point; thence
run Westerly 225 feet parallel with quarter section line
to a point; thence run Northerly 250 feet parallel with
West right-of-way line of U.S. ~1; thence run Easterly
225 feet to the Point.of Beginning.
