SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDG2~iENT AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That KATHLEEN C. VANOVER, individually and as natural

guardian and next friend of PATRICK WILLIAM VAI~IOVER, a minor, does

~ hereby acknowled~e full payment of the Final Judc~ment heretofore entered
in said cause; and, the Plaintiff does hereby request and direct the
Clerk of the above-entitled Court to cancel and satisfy of record the
Final Judgment heretofore entered in said cause; and
That KATHLEEN C. VANOVER, acting in her several capacities
individually and as natural guardian and next friend of the minor
Plaintiff, PATRICK WILLIAM VANOVER, does hereby, in consideration of the
total sum of $11,000.00 to theri in hand paid in accordance with the
requirements ~in said Final Judgmedt the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged~does remise, release and forever discharge the~Defendants.
JOSEPH FRANK CORSO and STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY,
and all persons, firr.~s or corporations in privity with them of and from
the said Final Judgment rendered in the said cause, and all manners of
action, causes of action and-damages, past, present, and futu"re belonging
to or sustained by, the Plaintiffs in said cause, on account of any and

all injuries now known or hereafter known resulting of and from the
accident which occurred on or about March 18, 1980, in St. Lucie County,
Florida, which is the subject matter of the above-entitled cause.
