WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted
by the above named Plaintiff against the above named defendants
on the ,~ ~~ day of February, 1981, in the above entitled
Court, involving the following described property, situate,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 23 and 24, Block 3, TROPICS SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 21, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to =oreclose
that ceztain indenture of mortgage dated January 12, 1977,
- from C. Trent Ebner, a married adult, to First Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pierce, which said indenture of mortgage
is recorded in O. R. Book 262 at page 2002 of the pub lic records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
