DISSOLUTION OF AGREEMENT
WE, the undersigned, having previously been
parties to a certain Joint Venture Agreement dated March 14,
1980, a Memorandum of which was filed on April 28, 1980 in O. R.
eook 330, Page 748, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby acknowledge and consent our individual and
joint dissolution thereof and termination of all rights,
obligations and duties to each other.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF we have hereunto set our hands
