TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The undersigned hereby gives notice as followss
1. Improvements consisting of warehouse and offices will
be made to the following described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
From the Northeast Corner of Lot 14, INDUSTRIAL SUB-
DIVISION according to the plat thereof filed in Plat
Book 9, page 5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, run South along the East line of
said Lot 14 a distance of 185.02 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continue South on the same line
to the Southeast Corner of Lot 15 of said Subdivision;
thence run West along the South line of said Lot 15,
a distance of 337.63 feet; thence ru~ North on a line
forming an angle of 93°45' as measured from East to
North a distance 186.60 feet; thence run East on a
line forming an angle of 89°4'I' as measured from
South to East a distance of 337.98 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
2. The name and address of the fee simple title holder
and owner of said property is:r Graybar Electric Company, Inc.,
10500 S. W. 186 Street, Perrine, Florida 33197, Attention
Robert W. Staples.
3. The name and address of the contractor is: Richard
R. Davis Construction Company, P. O. Box 186, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450.
4. The construction will be bonded by a payment bond and
the name of the surety is not presently known. The amount of
the bona will be $254,000.00 and the naiae and address of the
surety will be supplied on request addressed to the following
named party. '

5. Robert•W. Staples, whose address is Graybar Electric
Company, Inc., 10500 S. W. 186 Street, Perrine, Florida 33197,
is hereby designated as the person upon whom notices or other
documents under the Florida Mechanic's Lien Law shall be served,
and service upon him shall constitute service upon said owner.
6. George A. Buchmann, whose address is 7000 S. W. 62 Ave-
nue, Penthouse B2, South Miami, Florida 33143, is designated
as the Attorney for Graybar Electric Company, Inc., and the
person, in addition to said owner, to receive a copy of the
Notice to Owner as provided in 5713.06, Florida Statutes.
