within said right-of-~y and an lamds of Grantor adjoini~g said right-of-way that ~
may interfere with the proper constructiarn. operativn and maint~~ce of such
facilities or ~y part of th~. the right to mark the locatian of ~y underground
facilities by above grotmd and other suitable markers and the right of i~gress ~d
egress for persvcmel and equipmert of Grantee, its contractors~ ag~ts. successors
or assig~s ~ wer the adjoining lands of the Gr~tor . for the p~pose of
exercising and enjoyiu~g the rights granted by this eas~lt and ~y or all of the
rights gtanted heretmder.

The Gr~tor s, t~o~ever, reserve the rig~t a~d privilege to use the above-
described right-o~ way for agricult~al and such other pluvoses except as herein
gr~-ted or as might interfere or be incvnsistent with the use, occupation,
maintez~lce or enjoy~rezit thereof by Grantee or its successors or assigns, or as
might cause a hazardous conditivn; provided, how~ever, ~d by the execution ~d
delivery hereof Gra,ntor s so expressly agree that no portion of the right-of-way
shall be excavated. alteted, obstructed, inproved, surfaced or paved without the
prior written permissian of the Gr~tee, or its successors or assigns, ~d no
building ~ well , irrigatian system, structure ~ obstruction or iirQrovene~it (including ~`-~
~y ur~rovernents for recreativnal activities) shall be located~ constructed,
~-~intained or operated over, u~nder. upon or across said right-of-way by the Gr~tor s.
or the heirs personal repr~sentatives, successors or assigns of Grantor s.
By the executivn hereof , Gr~tor s coven~tt that they ha ve the right
to caivey this easa~nt ~nd that the ~antee andits successors an~assigns shall~
have cjuiet and peaceful possessivn, use and enjoyment of this easanent and the
rights granted hereby.
