TERESA CHEATHAM BERGAMYER,
Wife.
ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on February 13, 1981 on
the wife's Motion for Order of Contempt, and the Court having heard
testimony and the argument of counsel, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the husband, ERIC VAUGHN BERGAMYER, is found to
be in willful contempt of court for taking the minor_child from the
babysitter's house on Monday, February 2, 1981 in violation of
paragraph 2 of the Court's order of December 23, 1980 setting forth
visitation rights.
2. That the husband's visitation with the minor child is
hereby restricted to alternate weekends from Saturday from 3:30 PM
until Sunday afternoon at 5:00 Pi4 and each week from Tuesday at
5:00 PM until~Wednesday at 7:00 AM.
3. Each of the parties is hereby restrained and enjoined from
interfering with, harassing or molesting the other.
4. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida

are directed to render such assistance to either party as may be
necessary to insure the parties' compliance with this order and
without further order of this Court. `
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this _~ day of
