`Phe undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges: ~ ~
1. The decedent, Agnes J. R~hard, a/k/a Agnes Jane
Rehard, a resident of St. Lucie C~unty, Florida died on
January 20, 1980 and lettezs of administration were issued
to petitioner on Jranuary 29, 1•980.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting
containing a complete report of all receipts and disburs~ments
since the cor.unencement of administration of this estate,
or ~i nce t}ie c3ate o£ f: he last accoiint ing f i led h~~rei n, if '
any; or waivers si~~ned by all interested persons, other than
petitioner, waiving the filing of a fi.r.al accae~nting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered t2~is estate
by ~naking payment, settlement or other disposition of all
claims and deUts t.~at were presented and by paying or making
~~rovi s ion for the par~~nent of all taxes ~~nd ex~~enscs o£ admi ni s-
tration.,
4. The ~3:~ount of cor~~pc~nsa t i on e i t hcr ;:a i d or to 'be
paid to the ~~ersonal representatives, attorneys, accounL::nt:s,

5. Petitioner has filed all required~estate tax ret=urns
with the Internal Rev~nue Service and with the Florida Dcpar_tn~nt
of Revenue and has obtai~ed and filed with this court evidence
of the satisfaction of this estate's obliyations for both
federal and~Florida estate taxes, if any.
