WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE. made this 16th day of February, 1981, between
ROY I. ANDERSEN~ of the County of St. Lucie. State of Florida.
Grantor. and LLOYD C. WINSTEAD. III~ whose post .office address is
Post Office Box 1896. Fort Pierce. St. Lucie County~ Florida,
Grantee.
WITNESSETH. that said grantor, for and in consideration of

considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the
