THIS MORTGAGE IS RE-FECORDED TO CORRECT A
SCRIVINER'S ERROR IN THE DATE OF THE FINAL PAYMENT.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land ~and the rents~ issues
and profits of the above desezibed property (grovided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitied to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now ot here-
after attached to or used in connection with the pzemises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household applianoes, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein menLioned. .

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
The Mortgagor~ hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee sunple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mort,~agor does hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
PROV[DED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
note of even date her~with~ made by the Mortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the
principal sum of TNIRTY-SIX THOUSAND AND NO/100 Dollars, payable in monthly install-
ments to principal and interest of ~370. 31 starting on the lst ~y of December
19 80 , and if not sooner paid the final payment being due on the f irst ~y of November
2010 ~ ~r any extensions or renewals thereof and shall fully pay all other ir.debtedness or liability that
may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfully and promptly comply with
and perform each and evety other covenant and ptovision herein on the part of the Mortgagor to be
complied with and performed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
form of mort~age, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then theee presents
shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Official Records of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Official Records Volume and at the
page designated after the name of each county, to-wit: (exce~t tt~at it w-as recorded in Bradford, Brevazd~
Duvat and Suwannee Counties on February 9, 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970)
