RECIPROCAL EASEMENT
THIS RECIPROCAL EASEMENT made this 19th day of
February ~ 1981, by and between KEN DRUMMOND, a
single adult (hereinafter referred to as Drwrnnond) and
CLI~'FORD BARNES AND MARY J. BARNES~ his wife (hereinafter
referred to as Barnes).
WHEREAS DZUM.NIOND is the owner of the following
described property situated.in St. Lucie County, Florida,
hereinafter referred to as Parcel I, towit:
Lot 14 LAVARN SUBDIVISION, a Subdivision according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14,
page 15, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. -
WHEREAS BARNES are the owners of the following
described real property situated in St. Lucie County~ Florida,
hereinafter referred to as Parcel II, towit:
Lot 7, less the North S feet thereof, LAVARN
SUBDIVISION~ a Subdivison according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, paRe 15,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
T~TEIEREAS the parties desire to establish for the .
benefit of each of the above described parcels, an easement
for ingress and egress over adjacent portions of each of the
respective parcels.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the aforegoing,
$10.00 and the mutual cavenants set forth herein, the parties
agree as follows:
1. DRUMN[OND hereby grants and declares an easement
for ingress and egress in favor of BARNES and all future owners
and parties in interest of the above described Parcel II, over ~~
