HomeMy WebLinkAbout2797The South 12.5 feet of Lot 7, LAVARN St~BDIVISION~ a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, page 15, of the Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida. 3, Notwithstanding the existence of the above described easements for ingress and egress, each of the fee owners of the parcels burdened with the easement shall maintain the easement in good order, repair and condition. 4. The respective burdens and benefits as to Parcel I and Parcel II shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors~ adminis- trators and assigns of each of the parties hereto and such easements shall also be subject to use by lessees and invitees of the respective owners of each o£ the Parcels.
