The undersigned, Citizens Federal Savings and Loan
Association of St. Lucie County~ being the owner and
holder of a mortgage on the aforedescribed Parcel II. which
mortgage is recorded at OR Book346 , page ~op, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby joins in the granting and
declaration of the aforedescribed easement over a portion said
Parcel II and declares that the right~ title and interest of
Citizens Federal by virtue of this mortgage lien~shall be subject
to the aforesaid easement said declared over that portion o~ said
Parcel II. '
