gagor hereby grants. bargains. sells, aliens, remises. conve~•s and confirms unto the mortgagee all
the certain land of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in

right-of-Fray Iine of Hawley Road; thence run South along the East right-of-way
line of HaWley Road 150 feet to a point; thence run East, and parallel to said
