Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment ot the Property. Lender shall be entitled to have a
rcceiver appointod by a court to enter upo~. take possession of a~d manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the
Property, including those put due. All rents collxtod by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Propeny and collection of rents, including, but not limited to. roceiver's fees, premiums on receiver's
bonds and reasonabk attorney's tces. and then to the sums securod by this Mortgage. 'il~e roceiver shall be liable to accou~t
only for those rents actuaUy reaived.
21. FWure Advaacea. Upon request by Borrower, 1_ender. at I.ender's option within twenty yean from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said nota are socured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amomit of the indebted~ess securcd by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordance her+ewith to pmtect the
