That th~ said party of the first part, for and in consi-
deration of the sum of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD
AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION to it in hand paid by the said
parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
the following described land situate, lying and being in
City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 6 Block 1070 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 9, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12,
Page 39A, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limi-
tations and easements of record: zoning and other regulatory
ordinances and taxes for the year 1972
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to said land,,and will defend the same
against the lawful ~laims of all persons whomsoever.
