To repay my loan, I promise to pay You, th• ACTUAL AMOUNT OF LOAN shown above, plus interest computed on the
unpaid balances of the ACTUAL AMOUNT OF LOAN as of the dau of exh payment. 1 promise to make thae paymentpin
the amount of the Monlhly InsUlments shown abme, beginning with the lst Due Dste shown above, and continuing on th~
same da~ of exh following mond~ until Me Final Due Oate.
The ACTUAL AMOUNT OF LOAN is the amount of money you have lent to me before any deductions are made.
Tha interest is computed at the time of payment on the then unpaid princip~l bal~nce aT the Mnual Percentage Rate shown
above.
Interest for exh day in a year shall be equal to the interest for one year divided by 360.
When you receive a payment on the loan, you will ~ply it fint to the inte~est that has aarued between dates of pryment and
then to tfi~ prindpal balance. t mry make p~yment in ~dvance of a scheduled dua d~te in any amount at any time.

from time to dme. Such amount is equal to the interest xtu~lly to be paid by me if I repay the loan to yau ucording to the
terms of this Note. Payment in sd+rance of the insWment due date will reduce the amount of interest actually paid and pryment
after the insUlment due date will increase th~t amount If 1 do not m~ke payments of the monthly inst~lments to you on each
scheduled due date, the Scheduled Interest w~l not be equal to the amount of interest xtually paid.
If there is any unptid balance remaining on the Final Due Oate I agree to conUnue paying inta-est at the Annual Peruntage
Rate.
You mry accept I~te paymenS or partial payments, eves~ thouyh ma~ked "p~ymeot in full", without losing any of your rightt
under tha Note. , '
If I don't pry a monthly insWlment on the date it is due, l am in default. If 1 am in default, you may demand from me immedi-
ate payment of the entire amount of the unpaid principal balance of the losn and aarued but unpaid interest on wch balanu.
If the loan is not paid in full on the Final Oue Date and if you refer this Note to an attorney fa collec6on and bring wit on this
Note, I agree you wiil be able to collect from me (a) court costs includng actual and reasonabla ezpenses of repossesting,
storing and selling any property that is Dkdged as security for thit Note ~nd fb) xtu~l and reuonable attorney fees auessed
by the court in which wit is brought. '
If 1 am in default you also may exercise other legal rights such as, among others, taking possession of any p~operty offered as
security. You may thtn sefl such property and apply the money received to the unpaid balance.
You may delay enforcing any of your rights under this Note without losing them.
You don't have to notify me that this Note hasn't besn paid. You may change the te~ms ot payment and releue any security or
any other Borrower without no6fying me and without releuing me from responsibility on this Note.
In signing this No~e I give you permission to contatt my present employer or any futu~e employet I may have with respect to
tbe loan to which thiz No~e relates.
I acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Statemeot of Disclowre on a separate sheet.
If t am a married woman wF~en I siqn the first line of this Note I am at the same time guaranteeing to you that (a) 1 am of a
lawful age; (b) I contracted fo~ this loan; (c) the loan is convenient and advanWgeous for me; ~d) I received the xtual amount
of the loan for my own use or for the use, benefit or advantage of my own separate property estate; (e) I am not an xcom-
modation maker, xcommod~tion eodorser, guarantor or wrery for anyone; (f) I am not promising to pay for some other
peROn and; (g) I am the principal debtor and I voluntarily subject my own separate property and estate of any type or kind,
including my future waga, salary or other type of earnings, to liabitity for execution in satisfxtion of the debt evidenced by
this Note, as accommodation maker.
1 hereby waive my homestead exemption that appiies to the property in which I gave a security interat, to the extent permit-
ted by law.
