NOW. THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum
of One Dollar ($1.00) paid by the Party of the First Part to the
Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.
the Party of the First Part and the Party of the Second Part do hereby
agree and covenant to, with. and for the benefit of First Savings and

Loan Association of Okeechobee County. its successors and assigns,
that the mortgage executed by Anna Celine Townsend to First ~avings and
Loan Association of Okeechobee County. which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, in O. R. Book .3~8 , at Page ~~s8 , on the ~ 9'~ day of
February, 1981, upon the premises hereinbefore described shall be in all
things superior to the mortgage now on said premises owned by the Party
of the Second Part, and the said mortgage so owned by the Party of the
Second Part and the lien thereof upon the premises hereinbefore described,
is hereby subordinated and made subje~t to the said mortgage of First
Savings and Loan Association of Okeechobee County as hereinbefore described.
