WITNESSETH~ that for good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the ag-
gregate sum named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mort-
gagor hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens. remises. conve~•s and confirms unto the mortgagee all
the certain land of which the mortgagor is noH seized and in po~.~eagion situate in
('ounty; Florida, viz :
Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of Block 10, FORT PIERCE I-~I(~I'S, less the West
10 feet, according to Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at Page 39 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie Coimty, Florid$.
This is a corrective mortgage given for the purpose of correcting that certain
mortgage dated October 15, 1980 filed October 17, 1980 in Official Records Book
341 at page 307 for the purpose of correcting the maturity date of the note~
and as to acknowledgement
Notwithstanding any provisian of this mortgage, or the note(s) secured hereby, .
to the contrary,.the indebtedness evid~enced by said note(s) shall became due
and paya.ble simultaneous with any convelyan~ce of the lands encu~nbered hereby.
