This cauae came on for hearing upon I~btion for Contempt and Motions

on Tem~orary Gliatodq and the Cowct having heard the partiea, their witnesses and
argument of Counsel finds that while the mother ie away from the hame, the children
have a epecial need for aupervision in the mornings and that the father has righte
of visitation other than in the home at 223 Indian Hille Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida
and being fully adviaed thereupon
IT IS HEREBY ORDBRBD:
1. That the Order of Jan~ry 14, 1981 is auperceded as folla~s:
2. 1'hat the parents ehall have joint cuatodq of the children in that
the euetody of the children in the said home until the time the mother leavea to
w~ork, et~all remain in the mother and that the father shall be present in the eaid
home bq 7:00 A. M. each morning to assure that the children are readied and in
school and the father shall provide.school lunch m~ney. i~lith thie echedule to be
follawed during achool days and when the mother is engaged in her ~rork prior to
7:00 A. M. each morning and additionally the father ahall have the right to have
the children visit with him away from said home, on each Sunday fr~ 8:00 A. N.
to 6:00 P.M. at which time he will promptly return the children; that the visitation
aways from the childrene' said home ahall not be in the preaence of Mre. Spivey,
"the redhead" and the father shall abatain from having the children vieit in the home
of "the redhead".
3. That the father ahall '~catch up" the mortgage payments and the electric
bill.
4. That r.either father nor mother ehall uae physical diacipline on the
children pending a social study bp ~tS, which atudy ia hereby ordered and directed
as expeditionly ae poeaible including but not reatricted to the follo~ing:
1. Lack of food. "
2. My beating by parents.
3. Abaenteeism aad tar~ineas in school.
4. Absence of achool clothing
