In conformity with the Findings of Fact and Conclusions

of Law of even date herewith, it is ;

ORDERED, ADJUD(;ED and DECREED:
l. Defendant, RELZABLE BUILDERS, INC., shall pay the sum
of $10,000.00 as proceeds of that certain Mortgage of October 16, 1980,
to the Plaintiff, HERBERT S. FREEHLING, as Trustee in Bankruptcy for
RICHARD FLANZBAUM, instead of to Defendant, MICHAEL DAVID FLANZBAUM.
2. Said proceeds having been due and.payable on January 16,
1981, Defendant, RELIABLE BUILDERS, INC., shall pay said $10,000.00 to
the Plaintiff forthwith.
3. The Plaintiff, HERBERT S. FREEHLING, Trustee in Bankruptcy
for RICHARD FLANZBAUM, shall have and recover from the Defendants,
RICHARD FLANZBAUM, both individually and as Trustee;~ MICHAEL DAVID
FLANZBAUM, and BARBARA C. ASH, the sum of $8,0T9.79 for which
said Defendants are jointly and severally liable, and for which said
amount let execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Miami, Dade County, Florida,
