HomeMy WebLinkAbout2949+ The subsequent actions of Defendants in attemptinq to rectify their actions do not, in the opinion of the Court, cure the problem created, especially when accomplished after the Plaintiff obtained knawledge of the wronqful actions. ~Based upon the foregoing, the Court finds and concludes ' that the sum of $10,000.00, due and owing from RELIABLE BUILDERS, INC. to MICHAEL DAVID FLANZBAUM should be paid instead to the Plaintiff herein, the Trustee in Bankruptcy for RICHARD FLANZBAUM. Further, the Plaintiff should have and recover from the Defendants, jointly and severally, the sum of $8,079.79 additional proceeds of sale of 'Lots 10, 11, 12, and 13, BloCk 645.
