with intierest from February 21, 1981, at the rate of 9% per annum,
in monthly installments as follows, $608.57 oh~the 21st day of
March, 1931, and a like sum~on the corresponding day of each like
succeeding period thereafter until the whole be fully paid.
Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest
and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is
made in the payment of any'installment when due, and said default
remains uncured For a period of thirCy (30) days,.then at the option
of the holder, and without any other notice~, ali of Che renainin~
installments shall be due and payable at once. In the event any
monthly installment is not paid within fifteen (15) days o~ its due
date. a late charge of 5°!0 of the amount of such installment shall be
payable in addition to the installment due hereunder. In the event
of prepayment in whole or in pa'rt~_the mortgagee shall have the
rioht to assess a prepayment penalty of 3% of the unpaid principal
balance, providing said prepaymenC occurs within three (3) years of
the date of this yote. Otherwise, privilege is given to pay two (2)
or more installments at any installment maturity date and am~
partial prepayment shall not exCend the time of maturity of any such
an installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed
extension.
Eac'n maker, surety and endorser hereof, joinCly and severally waives
demand, presentment~ protesti and notice of protest for non-nayment,
and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either
before or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to vay
a?1 costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in ~
the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all
benefit of homestead ~nd exemption under the constitution and laws
of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
any exCension or renewal hereof.
