AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
-GERARD D. LANGEL and SHARON D. LANGEL, his wife, who first being
duly sworn on oath deposes and says as follows:
1. That your Affiants' names are GERARD D. LANGEL and SHARON
D. LANGEL, his wife.
2. That your Affiants' were married to each other when they
purchased the property described in that certain Quit Claim Deed
recorded in O. R. Book 251, Page 851 and Corrective Quit Claim Deed
recorded in O. R. Book 296, Page 377 all of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida and have been continuously married since
that time.
3. That the purpose of~this Affidavit is to establish for the
record that GERARD D. LANGEL and SHARON D. LANGEL, his wife, have
been continuously married and cohabited together as Husband and
Wife without interrupti~n since the date of their marria
~ 4. Further Affiants' sayeth naught.
