FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Borrowers jointly an~ severally, promise to pay Lender or order at Lender's office at the address
shown, the principal amount ot the loan together w+th interest at the rate of the agreed Annual Percentage Rate stated in
equal, consecutive monthly instalments beginning on First Payment Date shown, and continuing on the same date of each
succeeding month until this Note is fu11y paid.
Upon non-payment of any +nstalment on or after its due date, Lender may, at Lender's option, accelerate the entire prin-
cipal balance and accrued interest then unpaid. After default, Borrowers agree to pay reasonable attorney's fees and all court
costs incurred by Lender in collection of this Promissory Note.
